File Transfer to and from JT Transcripts

There are several options we can use for sending and retrieving digital audio files:

• Through a secure FTP site that is part of my website, you can upload your digital files to this site after contacting me either by e-mail or phone to receive a user name and password. Once the file is uploaded you can send me a quick message saying that it is there and I'll download it as soon as possible to ensure confidentiality and security. • If you have your own secure site, I could retrieve the file from there as I am proficient in using these sites.
  
  
• Another option is to use a service called SendThisFile. I have used this service in the past with great success with no security breaches and I can walk you through the process of how this works.

Whatever option you may choose, we can discuss it in more detail along with instructions on its use to make the process easy and efficient for you.

After the audio file has been transcribed, I will e-mail you back the finished product or use any of the above options if you’re working with confidential material.
